Mr. Chang Soo Huh is Chairman & CEO of GS Holdings Corp. and GS Engineering & Construction Corp. He also assumed his position as Chairman of the Federation of Korean Industries in February 2011.

GS Holdings Corp is a holding company that specializes in energy, distribution, and construction. It operates subsidiaries and affiliates such as GS Caltex Oil, GS Power, GS Retail, GS Global, and GS Engineering & Construction. Mr. Huh assumed his current position and responsibilities as Chairman of GS as of July 2004. He has also been serving as Chairman of GS Engineering & Construction Since 2002.

He has also worked in LG Industrial Systems & LG Chemical. In 1989 he became Executive Vice President at LG Chemical, and was appointed as Executive Vice President of LG Industrial Systems in 1992.

In addition to his exemplary work in business, Mr. Huh established a non-profit organization named JK Huh Foundation in 2006. He currently serves as the foundation's Chairman.

Mr. Huh received his degree in Business Administration from Korea University. He also graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Saint Louis Graduate School and earned an honorary doctorate degree of law at Saint Louis University.
