Innovation (new products/services, productivity – enhancing processes etc.) improves business profitability, generates employment and fosters global economic growth. Consistent long-term policies should therefore be implemented both to foster innovation and maximize its benefits. ICT can be seen as an example of Innovation. The B20 believes in multi stakeholders decisions (Governments and private sector playing in partnerships).
